Distinct lack of diversity at all levels, particularly in management/leadership. Staff are predominately white males, very much a boys club.
Many examples of females completely disregarded from promotion opportunities in several departments, particularly on maternity leave. This amounts to unfair exclusion. This does not align with company’s own discrimination policies. There is no right to reply as the issues are referred to managers to investigate who are the very people actioning the discrimination.
