They focus on career development for their employees. Good base salaries and good bonus compensations.

Cons

Repetitive tasks under standard operating procedures may cause fatigue. An old-school traditional upper management that impacts overall culture.

While some roles have certain unavoidable repetitive tasks, we never want this to cause our employees to get burnt out.
