      Pros

      Rewarding work at a company that makes a difference in people's lives. Senior management is thougthful and competent; the sky is the limit for professional opportunity.

      Cons

      Change is always around the corner at Hologic. Although this can be interpreted by some as a negative, it does demonstrate senior management's commitment to continuous business improvement and adaptive strategies.

      Pros

      Excellent People, Middle/Lower Management Very insightful and people oriented. Great emphasis on product innovation and quality at the lower levels. Very well treated as an employee and professional.

      Cons

      Upper management run by good 'old boy network. Decisions seem arbitrary. Lots of Platitudes from the top, followed by doing the exact opposite in the business. Very disappointing business outlook. Claim to have an open process, but sadly, it is just form and not function. Business seems to be positioning itself to be sold.
