Great benefits. Fair treatment of employees. Good communication from management. Nice facility. Ability to move and grow within the company. High standard for ethical treatement and behavior towards and among employees.

Cons

A bit too much fighting between departments. Engineering tends to see itself as an ivory tower and does not communicate or work well with other department.

Cons

Lack of innovation Promotions are based on politics not work ethic or accomplishments. Outside factors such as state laws, recommendations by medical societies, and accessibility not on how good of a salesperson you are. Leadership is not open to new ideas or concepts that will help overcome boundaries.
