Really good benefits, flexible working hours (for Salaried)

Cons

Very chaotic system, no real processes in place. Poor communication between team members, depts and upwards to management. Non-existent training.

While we understand how important processes and procedures are, we encourage employees to voice their opinions and bring unique solutions to the table. We value the autonomy we give our employees and challenge them to look for new ways of doing things to continuously improve. A good communication strategy is crucial. We are always looking for new and creative ways to stay connected and we will take your feedback to ensure that this includes funneling information from the bottom-up and cross functionally. We agree that training is very important. While we have room for improvement in this area, it is something we are working on and are excited about what will be offered in the future. Best of luck!

Start with a lot of paid time off.

Cons

Forced to take a leave of absence by the company. While on the leave of absence I was denied my long term disability multiple times. I was forced to go back to work before I was better and they fired me for performance issues, when I was doing 100% of my weekly goals. Then they tried to fight my unemployment claim. Causing me to have to wait 14 weeks to have my unemployment claim accepted.
