My 1 year anniversary has come so fast! I am eternally grateful to Hologic for supporting my continuing education and training. This company will invest as much into you as you invest into them. Having a diverse workforce has been an added bonus; meeting new people from all walks of life, learning and discovering new cultures has opened my eyes to interests I never knew I had.

Cons

Closing the Danbury, CT facility. Disconnect between upper management and production floor employees. Genuine communication from the top, down, is lacking.

Cons

Busy schedule, Often work overtime. Very few women in executive leadership position, particularly for a womens healthcare company.
