      If you are an experienced professional, this is not the place for you. Leadership and management are all about growing their own pockets - not developing the employees.

      New BSH Leadership Driving Everyone Out

      Pros

      Great mission to eradicate cancer. Good salary and compensation.

      Cons

      BSH President leads through gas lighting, making all sales professionals believe they are on the cusp of losing their jobs (and frankly, this individual has directly pushed many great people out). So disappointed and unfortunate to see the revolving door of personnel at Hologic that previously laid the foundation for Hologic to be #1 in the space. However, all that matters to CEO is profit and stockholder value. Its time to run the company and let the stock take care of itself.

      -Impactful company purpose and mission -Amazing manager, approachable, cares about career/personal development -Decent benefits, 401k match, ESPP, generous bonuses especially during this year (FY21) -Great work/life balance

      Cons

      -Change to yearly performance compensation may be an issue, merit raises becoming less common regardless of great employee performance.
