decent pay, good co-workers, a leader in women's health care, stock price has doubled

Cons

company is going through a major overhaul, closing the Bedford facility and moving increasing production out of hologic hands to outsourced 3rd parties, (mexico?) moral is in the pooper and people are looking over their backs to see if they're the next to get canned. no advancement possibilities

Pros

During my times of training I felt the department was great and prepared me for the field. Always showed a lot of energy and passion. Early management was supportive and had the desire to develop each rep on their team.

Cons

Prior to the merger of Cytyc/Hologic the corporate culture was much more caring and people felt like their was a true concern for their well-being and the family unit was a priority in the work-balance. After, it became...lets just say...more like "politics". Not a company I was proud to be a part of.
