      Pros

      Challenging, fast paced environment on the mammo side of the business. Loved the technology, its implementation and its impact on the mission.

      Cons

      Too much of a mom and pop type of operation, rather than a huge corporation that adheres to its guidelines. Lack of opportunities for personal growth and no training provided to ensure employees growth.

      Pros

      Clean place to work with benefits. Actually the one in Danbury,CT used to be great before HOLOGIC bought it out. It was known as LORAD.

      Cons

      Exactly what the title of this review said. It is a shame and will only get worse. Getting rid of a lot of good devoted people with great skills and keeping ones that kiss ass is not good for the company!

      Decent pay, work/life balance, short drive to work

      Cons

      If you want to advance your engineering knowledge, this isn't the place to do it....not much training that is worthwhile. If you have half a brain, you'll feel smarter than management. Felt more like a job shop where degrees weren't required rather than a challenging environment.
