My first week at Hologic was amazing! Lovely welcoming people who have gone out of their way to get me settled in my new role. Very clean and organised, and lots of standard procedures to simplify the learning curve. Ongoing training provided as well as a 30/60/90 goal setting plan to make sure training is on the right track. I was provided with uniform, equipment and IT tools on day 1 to help perform my duties.
