The purpose of the company

Cons

Terrible leadership Substantial workload per team member unable to be on-top of accounting. Office atmosphere is bad. Silent. Feedback has been shared multiple times and no changes. It’s widely accepted that there are issues. It was impossible for me to stay, I was exhausted. My family advised me to leave after seeing the toll it was taking on me. My experience isn’t isolated. Work life balance is non-existent.

Why are we still allowing a bully of a manager to be there? Even after a stupid amount of complaints. Since you will pretend you don’t know who it I will give you a clue, engineering. Which is an insult because of your values with the Mancunian Way
