      There are no pros for this site of the company. I do not to speak for other sites. They might be fine.

      Cons

      Your opinion does not matter in this company. If you voice a concern you are getting stepped down and punished. Management is cocky, unprofessional with no open mind to opinions and ideas. Zero empathy towards the employees. Robotic behaviour. Discrimination within teams. Very toxic environment. They support the "macunion way" while in reality they play everyone like puppets. It is literally a boys club.

      No matter how much you sugar coat it...still false promises

      Pros

      Lots of people with a deep knowledge and understanding of their role combined with good work ethics. Unfortunately in most cases they go unnoticed due to shockingly inadequate managers.

      Cons

      Don't know where to begin..managers with: personal agendas,small man syndromes,bullying atmosphere from top to bottom,obvious lack of any technical background.Lots of pushing under the rag and shooting from the hip attitude that doesn't match the purpose and promises of the company. Good working place if you live close by, you dont want too much of a career challenge and you are willing to turn a blind eye over things that are clearly wrong.

      Warehouse is ran as a dictatorship

      Pros

      Fantastic salary, very supportive team members across site at operative/supervisor level. Modern facility Everyone comes across as friendly Warehouse ground level team are a fantastic group.

      Cons

      Training system is abysmal. Communication across site is incredibly poor Current staff overlooked and treated as disposable The warehouse is always at fault, no matter what. In particular the evening shift If the manager doesn't like you, or his opinion changes then you're on borrowed time.
