First years are great but now they change management and hr.

Cons

Really bad management I resigned and did not receive any information and even a thank you for your years. I stayed almost 8 years with this company so I would not recommend anyone to join.

Sick Pay, Mediocre Health care package but a great onsite canteen..

Cons

Poor pay and Bonus considering the Work that you do , continual improvement and Problem solving agenda. Supervision , Management and Senior Management are all paid very well , shop-floor workers get paid the bare minimum , some are now just about getting the Minimum Pay for the UK . Making life extremely hard, when HR are questioned on this matter , they tell you they will help you put together a CV to apply for new jobs! Shameful considering Hologic earns Billions per year worldwide.

Hybrid working, competative salary, very friendly staff, managers that care about their teams, team building events and good work life balance.

Cons

systems could do with an upgrade, things can be slow but you can see they are trying to make improvements
