A brilliant company to work for. The wellbeing of employees is paramount and Hologic really is a company that cares. On the Manchester site - Some individuals lose sight of the journey the site has been on, The transformation through COVID and beyond is incredible. Highly recommend working here. The Mancunian Way is a strong initiative and something that makes everyone feel inclusive and responsible within their roles at work. Well done Manchester - An excellent place to work
