      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Good environment (in some deparments)

      Cons

      Hologic used to be a great company to work for. I always recommended it to family and friends. Now I think it is risky to join the company. Hologic now is full financial driven, affecting the quality of the products and the wellbeing of the employees. In the past 2 years, the culture has been damaged by new leaders. We are understaffed, tired and always in crisis, even though the financial results show that the company is making good money. No growth opportunities.

      Pros

      - Company mission is inspiring, very interesting products. - Has potential to be a great place to work. - Some great leaders. - Performance related bonus, team events, electric car scheme.

      Cons

      - Work life balance is non existent in Finance, personal life or welfare NOT considered. - Consistently watching people burn out and leave. Feels like a revolving door which is concerning for current employees. - Chaotic from top down across the business with no understanding of the roles beneath them. - 3% payrise (if very lucky) with inflation at 6%+. - Toxic, everyone afraid to speak up or acknowledge mistakes.

      Pros

      Being part of a business doing great things for women. Development opportunities - plenty of promotions, inter-team moves, study support, FTC to perm etc. Benefits - highlights for me include consistent bonuses, good pension contributions, comprehensive private health care for all, one off cost of living bonuses given previously, compressed hours for Friday afternoons off in the summer, paid for team lunches & events, option to lease electric car with free charging facilities on site Culture & atmosphere - people are helpful and supportive, no office politics. Management is approachable & friendly

      Cons

      The business continues to grow so it's busy. If the challenge of working in a fast growing business isn't one you enjoy then it may not be the place for you
