      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Great products.

      Cons

      Clickish type environment. No room for advancement. There is a complete lack of providing you tools and opportunities to grow and contribute more to the company. Was actually told, "if you disagree or push for change, leadership will try and find a way to get rid of you. " The are extra-marital affairs going on within leadership that everyone is aware of which drives opportunities for some but no room for advancement for others.

      Working for Hologic, I am energized every single day by my ability to truly make an impact on women's lives. I am able to work full time with great pay and flexibility. The company and leadership truly invest time and energy in making sure that our organization is making the right decisions for the employees and our consumers.
