BSH President leads through gas lighting, making all sales professionals believe they are on the cusp of losing their jobs (and frankly, this individual has directly pushed many great people out). So disappointed and unfortunate to see the revolving door of personnel at Hologic that previously laid the foundation for Hologic to be #1 in the space. However, all that matters to CEO is profit and stockholder value. Its time to run the company and let the stock take care of itself.

The expectation, within Marketing, is to work overtime, on the weekends and even when taking PTO, so you’re not actually taking any time off. Oftentimes you will be working on projects outside of the scope of your role to “be a team player”. When in actuality they are not hiring the appropriate heads. The culture is terrible within the Marketing department, hence why there is a high overturn. Leadership, within the Marketing department, is very cliquey and biased. Growth is biased & frequent if you are within the clique, but nonexistent otherwise. There is constant finger pointing, not following the proper processes, poor communication, unprofessional environment - especially with client emails and calls.
