      several sr managers from old regime do not care or develop their staff. too many are in "survival" mode with all the management turmoil

      The group I worked with was fantastic. All were intelligent, creative, hardworking and easy to get along with. The company has gone through rapid change but also rapid improvement. Hologic is fostering a dynamic environment where hard work and creativity are recognized and rewarded. Additionally, the company is consistently growing and looks well poised to do so in the future. The company also recognizes that with growth, additional investment in its people and systems is needed to support that growth. Hologic has stepped up and is working to meet those needs in a real and demonstrable way. In summary, Hologic is a good place to work with a bright future.

      Cons

      As you can see in other comments, there has been a lot of change in a short amount of time. While change can make some people uncomfortable, a culture of continuous improvement encourages new ideas, can create individual opportunities, and ultimately is required for a company to continue to grow.

      cant think of any, If your a narcissist you do well here.

      Cons

      Lots of politics, liars, back stabbing. Poor training, poor management. Cult like atmosphere. Alot of unhappy people there who clam up in fear of being targeted by management. If people want to know why health care is so expensive look at this company. Ive seen them blow through so much money because most there are self serving cowards to lazy to do there jobs and do the right thing.
