Pros

Very nice, state of the art work with new impactful technology. Good reputation/name and serious workers/team members passionate about the work

Cons

Temps are not treated as well as full-time employees, salary is low and troublesome conversion process. Not much incentive as a temp. to wait around for an opportunity to convert, as a result most just leave to find others.

Great Company. I would love to work there again...and have tried several occasions.

Cons

(...Had a problem with one Field Trainer and her misleading evaluation to my Superiors during my initial training. No chance to redeem myself or prove the error was just a very untrue eval to cover her own tracks. Very unfair on her part. They of course took her word over mine.)

There are some smart people working here.

Cons

Glass ceilings are in place to hold even the hardest of workers down. No opportunities for growth or advancement. There is a LOT of politics and backstabbing. Upper management is clueless as to what's going on and who is/isn't actually doing work.
