Pros
The difference at Hologic is the PEOPLE. The people who work at Hologic are wonderful and are fully committed to the mission of the organization. I feel very fortunate to work for this company and make a difference on a daily basis. I feel as though I am an ambassador to the organization and if I can encourage one woman to get their Pap/HPV Test or a yearly Mammogram than I have done my job. I have been able to grow as an individual at Hologic holding various positions. I have been able to raise my young children with the flexibility I have needed to be there for my family. From day one it has been a positive experience.
Cons
Companywide communication at times can be lacking and can be difficult to understand what is happening in the different divisions.
