      Pros

      I honestly love my job at Hologic. We only sell best in class products and have the evidence to back it up. Most of the time, the physicians are even thanking us as we leave because they were so happy that we came by to share the information. Hologic is on the forefront of cervical cancer screening and it's hard not to be passionate about the space that we live in.

      Cons

      No cost of living adjustment, reps get paid the same amount across the country.
