      Pros

      This company really prioritizes patient care and the rights of the patient as it relates to the laboratory products they manufacture for patient screen in cervical and breast health. Hologic values engaged employees and encourages self growth and development. Hologic values work life balance.

      Cons

      There has been a major acquisition within the past 4+/- years. This has brought about a lot of change in leadership and some change in policy. This can be challenging but overall I feel like the company is moving in a positive directions. 2015 was a fantastic year and I am excited for the future.

      Pros

      Hologic is definitely trying to improve employee moral by offering incentives, holiday events, etc. A bonus is given every year and there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Low merit every year, no holiday party for the whole company in December, temps are not given opportunity to take part in any of the company activities and are temps for longer than a year, not quite as good as many of the other larger companies out there.
