      Love getting up to work every day!

      Pros

      Great feeling working for a company that literally saves lives every day. New 3D Mammo product detects early breast cancers better than any other mammography system. New executive leadership team has straightened out priorities and gotten the company on the right path. Rewarding performance now as opposed to only rewarding the cronies of the old leadership team.

      Cons

      Not enough hours in the day to all the things needed.

      Pros

      I recently joined Hologic and have found it to be a positive work environment filled with knowledgeable people and approachable leadership.

      Cons

      Hologic has a "keep it simple" mentality which is great but a bit difficult to get used to.

      Pros

      Hologic gives employees the resources they need with a huge amount of autonomy. Flexible hours, great opportunity, and passionate people makes everyday exciting.

      Cons

      Improve onboarding- orientation is disengaging. New hires could save time if work stations were 100% complete on day 1 as well as access to all needed tools.
