      Pros

      Hologic is a great place to work whether in sales or in the corporate environment. The people here are passionate about what they do because they know they are making a difference in peoples lives for the better.

      Cons

      Right now we do not have enough support sales personnel to cover vacant territories in the surgical business. The managers end up covering the territories and a significant amount of surgeries making it impossible to effectively manage their district.

      Pros

      decent pay, good co-workers, a leader in women's health care, stock price has doubled

      Cons

      company is going through a major overhaul, closing the Bedford facility and moving increasing production out of hologic hands to outsourced 3rd parties, (mexico?) moral is in the pooper and people are looking over their backs to see if they're the next to get canned. no advancement possibilities
