Because of the mission and purpose of the company, you will find yourself working with many passionate and dedicated colleagues who want to make a difference. Regardless of what department you work in, you know that your work has meaning.
Cons
Lack of diversity. Take one look at our executive leadership team and you will notice the type of talent that is hired. If you worked with one of the executives at a previous company you would most likely be hired for a position at the top. It's a "who knows who" type of organization. The employee surveys seem to serve no purpose. Instead of focusing on these surveys, HR should go back to basics and put the employee first.
