      Pros

      Because of the mission and purpose of the company, you will find yourself working with many passionate and dedicated colleagues who want to make a difference. Regardless of what department you work in, you know that your work has meaning.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. Take one look at our executive leadership team and you will notice the type of talent that is hired. If you worked with one of the executives at a previous company you would most likely be hired for a position at the top. It's a "who knows who" type of organization. The employee surveys seem to serve no purpose. Instead of focusing on these surveys, HR should go back to basics and put the employee first.

      Pros

      - The mission: fighting cancer and women's health - The corporate koolaid is strong, but leaves one refreshed and has a great after-taste (buy-in on the company direction, mission, etc. is legitimate and easily noticeable across the organization) - Multi-discipline development team with talented engineers across functions - Desire to develop software "the right way", just requires some effort (e.g., management very supportive of process change where and when sensible, though a strong technical leader is required to define and execute the change)

      Cons

      These are minor complaints that are easily forgotten about due to the pros. - Un-glamorous industrial facility - Often contention on lab space/resources

      Pros

      Great technology for over 15 Years however the cow has run dry.

      Cons

      Market tapped. The cow is dry!!! Novasure "Advanced" is not a new product. It's just playing catch-up to a new competitor. No pipeline. No future.
