Good products, good people, . Good place to work if you work for the right manager. Company has great potential; customers love their Prodesse Hologic manufactures.

Cons

Bad management, under staffed, long work hours. Company is undergoing a transformation. Old genprobe employees and managers are being replaced by Johnson and Johnson employees.

Dynamic work environment. Decent pay. Flexible schedule. Good people to work with on the rare occasions you get to work WITH someone.

Cons

The benefits have taken a dive recently. Vehicle program is NOT competitive with other similar companies. Hardly any room for advancement in field service.
