      Fighting cancer was good but it came down to money.

      Pros

      The pay was good. They were flexible with hours. They treated military members with respect and were good with reserve drills.

      Cons

      Management did not have training and did not listen to employees. They did not properly distribute the work and left some people with too much to handle.

      Pros

      Lots of talented people within the organization. Great focus on women's health. They paid pretty good salaries, as long as you worked hard, and they also gave great bonuses. The work-life balance was good, but that was only a reflection of my direct supervisor.

      Cons

      For a company that was focused on women's health, there were no women working in any top management positions. The top management had no clue how to make the workers feel important or that they were making a difference. They basically gave the impression that the bottom line was the only important thing to consider.
