      Pros

      -- The size! I love that the company is large enough to make a difference in woman's health, but is not overly large where you are on of 100,000's. This company is not overly leadership heavy and truly allow those of us in lower level roles to have a voice in the future -- Salary is fantastic compared to other medical companies -- Growth opportunities are based on performance not based on necessarily how many years you have checked a box.

      Cons

      Systems can use some updating and better connection to each one.
