We hold regular benchmarking reviews and are constantly researching to ensure that we remain competitive against the world’s leading companies, including those within our own space. We strongly believe in paying for performance. This is our guiding principle when it comes to our annual performance reviews, and all throughout the year. With that said, as part of our ongoing compensation planning, we look at each employee’s compensation and work to ensure that everyone is at minimum meeting the industry average, and in most cases exceeding it.
