      Pros

      Excellent People, Middle/Lower Management Very insightful and people oriented. Great emphasis on product innovation and quality at the lower levels. Very well treated as an employee and professional.

      Cons

      Upper management run by good 'old boy network. Decisions seem arbitrary. Lots of Platitudes from the top, followed by doing the exact opposite in the business. Very disappointing business outlook. Claim to have an open process, but sadly, it is just form and not function. Business seems to be positioning itself to be sold.

      Pros

      Company does produce great products and cares about women's health. Working with such passionate people who care is great. It is the people who work here that make it worthwhile and a reason to stay.

      Cons

      However, upper manager consists mostly of older white males with no signs of change. Career advancement is hard, there are no career paths or good mentor programs. Also no incentive to stay with the company.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated equally, pretty cool boss and he is not on your back. This is a place I can see myself in years to come.

      Cons

      The drive from hologic to my house is pretty far and they are currently on a hiring freeze. Overall a great place
