      Pros

      I have rarely worked in a business that enables you to have such autonomy and influence over your work. People value the contribution. My manager is also excellent, caring and transparent.

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything to add here. Maybe more holidays, perhaps increase with tenure or the ability to buy more holiday.

      The purpose of the company

      Cons

      Terrible leadership Substantial workload per team member unable to be on-top of accounting. Office atmosphere is bad. Silent. Feedback has been shared multiple times and no changes. It’s widely accepted that there are issues. It was impossible for me to stay, I was exhausted. My family advised me to leave after seeing the toll it was taking on me. My experience isn’t isolated. Work life balance is non-existent.
