Work/life ratio is way off, management cares more about all the things they say they manage and less about the end result and loss of money because of poor trainings, poor willingness to learn and it's easier to say "not my job". Somewhere along the way, you forgot about efficiency, effectivity and customer service. Nowadays, people will stab you in the back to make themselves stand out for promotion, dont trust anyone. Food service is the poorest I've seen. Holidays off are decent, health insurance isnt horribly priced compared to other conpanies.
