Very smart, friendly, passionate co-workers. Intelligent, engaged, receptive, supportive management. Challenging, fast-paced environment (and great products). Solid benefits package. Very motivating place to work - I actually enjoy going to work in the morning!

Pros

Great company to work for, great mission and the future is bright if we keep adding more products to our portfolio. Managers care about their employees and well being. Work life flexibility is much improved from years ago. Base salaries and bonuses are competitive, compared to where they used to be.

Cons

Leadership is not on such a hot streak anymore and the stock award program for non executives has decreased over the past several years. A lot of emphasis on Gallup and employee engagement...not sure how much it helps.
