Pros

great products in most divisions, growing and focused on development of cool new products that are useful for our customers, in product development there's a generally good, focused and well-integrated office culture

Cons

uncertainty about future / additional layoffs or staff changes contributes to a stressful cloud of uncertainty over groups that have experienced reductions in headcount, 4ft cubes are a terrible idea and reduce everyone's productivity due to distraction.

Pros

The products Hologic produces are the best in the industry and save people's lives. There are some great folks working there who really care about the job and the product. Hologic has a decent benefit package and competitive salaries. They are building the Lean program back up since the acquisition four years ago and are mak8ng headway with process improvements. Middle management pulls the work through and there are several that really get down in the weeds to understand the business. Kudos to the CEO for making changes ajd replacing top level executives when go as are not met.

Cons

Top heavy in senior management and multiple restructures creates unease and changing priotorlties within the organization. Still some issues whether opinions count and management support when the chips are down.
