      Great purpose, culture very team dependent

      Pros

      Hologic makes products that support women’s heath among other things makes the purpose for work ver clear and fulfilling. My personal manager is fantastic and I enjoy the work that I do. Good career progression available.

      Cons

      Similar to other bigger companies, leadership team and upper management feel like they are on a different planet. Depending on the team you’re on, communication between departments can be a challenge.

      Pros

      Their MyoSure and NovaSure products are the gold standard in their field. OB-GYN surgeons are easy to approach, and those core business products essentially sell themselves.

      Cons

      Their newly acquired products, Acessa and Trinity CoolSeal, are two products that are tough to sell. Management is good, but their desire to focus aggressively on the laparoscopic space has come with some growing pains.
