      Jobs opportunities to grow inside of the company are mostly given to new hires.

      -solid products, breast and diagnostics -brand -excellent experience for resume

      Cons

      -Leadership terrible, especially directors -strike creeps expect you to drink with them, if not you will be targeted -commissions going down and bonuses

      Pros

      A talented workforce, all ex Stryker or Med device employees multiple incentives for an increase in pay as long as you perform The job itself is stimulating and it's nice helping women who are in need.

      Cons

      no company car, given a car allowance honestly not enough money for all the miles you put on your car. expect to drive 30-40,000 miles each year. There are better med device sales jobs No real sense of teamwork; everybody is remote in their own separate territories and rarely will help team members. Not much comradery. Managers only care if you hit your goals/quota. Mine didn't care about me as an individual.
