A pleasant place to work at. Nice facilities.

Cons

Salaries are slightly under market values compared to competitors. Lot of Organization changes that can be interpreted as an unstable company.

Pros

Very passionate people who really want to make the lives of their customers better. Lots of opportunities if you're willing to put in the time and effort.

Cons

Company is growing fast and trying to become more corporate-like in its operation. Taking a while to align everyone on direction so many sites/divisions feel the stress of limited resources as they try to maintain day to day operations while transforming their areas into something considered world class.
