      Decent company to work for but needs direction for the future

      Pros

      Worked in research and development with great staff and had flexible hours. Technology is promising and mission statement is meaningful.

      Cons

      No clear direction for research projects in the future and have been reducing the research side of R&D. The five\ten year plan doesn't have anything new coming down the pipeline.

      Great office and people. Flexible work schedule and challenging projects. Opportunities for advancements due to the company growing rapidly. Highly rec recommend a job here.

      Cons

      Workload is sometimes too much. Working in Marketing we are a bit too reactive and because of this, new projects always come up fast and change just as fast.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment. Management seems to care a lot about employee satisfaction. You feel like your work is making a difference in the world. Some emphasis on employee health (such as occassional yoga classes at office).

      Cons

      For a healthcare company, there could be a much stronger emphasis on employee health! The cafeteria vending machine is full of unhealthy things like candy bars.
