The only good is that the product helps womens

Upper management does not care about customer satisfaction, no support whatsoever for the frontline staff, all they care about is how to increase sales, they talk a lot about women's health, but they talk "a lot" more about reaching targets, top management don't care about how junior staff feels and all they do is request for reports and tell juniors what to do, no upper management (I mean not even 1) is willing to stand in front of complaining customers, is that what you call a leader? Have you ever seen a "big" company that has more upper management than frontline staff? All task is completed by a handful of people.
