      Pros

      Get to be on your own all day Work with a lot of High School and College kids

      Cons

      Management isn't very good I never worked a day under 12 hours over the summer. The long hours is extremely dangerous when you're doing grueling work in the summer heat and driving a big truck. You get taken advantage of a lot and they aren't very honest when it comes to pay.

      The managers typically work with you on things. Pay can be great but not always. Good place to get driving experience.

      Management is young and does not understand how to maintain employees. Paid on commission and work relies on the weather

      Pros

      Flexible Hours, Laid back, On your own, and great money. Able to take 6 college courses over the summer while working 3 days a week. Base salary of $8.00 an hour. You are able to make way more off commission.

      Cons

      12 hour plus days. Sometimes manager had favorites.
