There’s usually a mix of campaigns which keeps things moving. The team is easy to work with and people share ideas when something needs improving. You get to learn how different campaigns are planned and executed over time. Managers give direction but don’t keep checking in constantly. Pay is fine and overall it’s a good setup if you want to build hands-on marketing experience.

Cons

Where do I start? This job sounded great during hiring, but it didn't take long to see how things really run. Management is dishonest, and a lot of what they promise just doesn't line up with what you actually get. Pay is lower than expected, and the way bonuses are handled makes it hard to trust anything they say. There's no real structure, no room for growth and their managers have zero accountability. Only consider this company as your last option or just RUN the opposite direction!
