Too Much Noise, Not Enough Direction

Operates in a competitive and active market.

Cons

There is constant activity, but almost none of it feels purposeful. Work moves quickly, with nonstop reactions and endless adjustments, yet direction remains unclear. At some point, you stop and question what the actual goal is because nothing points to one. It feels like pointless motion with no real direction, and the frustration builds quickly.

Best / most difficult 2 weeks training I’ve ever been in. All of the leaders/managers are 100% committed to helping new hires There’s a ton of money to be made Company bonuses vary anywhere from cash bonuses to trips to dream cars. The culture is a winning culture and helps everyone get better.

Cons

Very hard to soak in the entire in home demonstration in 1 week. Sometimes learning 60 lines in one night before the next day.
