-positive & uplifting work environment -quick timeline for raises, bonuses, or promotions -coffee & snacks provided regularly I really do love this place, one of the best work environments I've ever been in. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging!

Working at HGE offers so many great benefits; a positive and fast paced work environment, a go-for it attitude, and amazing people to work with. Everyone that works with the company has an awesome work ethic so it's nice to finally work with people that match that energy .There's so much room for growth in the company, which is extremely motivating. The company also offers actual benefits, like health insurance.

Cons

The only con that I've experienced with my job position is talking with some rude people, but that doesn't reflect on or or involve the company in any manner.
