      Pros

      Home Genius Exteriors has helped me develop my communication skills beyond what I ever thought was capable and has allowed me to be more knowledgable with sales and marketing. Also, it is guaranteed that good performance will come with bonuses, and consistently doing well will lead to promotion.

      Cons

      The only con that I have experienced was driving where I needed to be during the work shift, in which gas is compensated via reimbursement, and is also made easier through carpooling with your team.
