This company is driven by extremely motivated and disciplined individuals. The best way to be successful is to get on their level quickly. Typically hours are worked in the afternoons during the week and all day on weekends. In most case, you get to pick your schedule. Management is highly motivated and will train you to be better than they are to push you to make as much money as possible and promote quickly. The culture is phenomenal, everyone is working with each other to perform the best everyday. A lot of the staff hangs out after work to build their bond.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is staying in the right mindset at all times. Results are personally driven so you must be motivated always.
