Everything felt urgent all the time, but not necessarily important in a meaningful way... like you're busy nonstop, but not always sure if what you're doing actually matters long-term. Priorities would shift mid-way through projects, sometimes without explanation, so you'd adjust, redo things, then adjust again. And it kept happening. You'd think you finally understood the direction, then suddenly it changes again... which makes it hard to stay focused or improve anything. It just turns into reacting instead of actually building something solid.

Where do I start? This job sounded great during hiring, but it didn't take long to see how things really run. Management is dishonest, and a lot of what they promise just doesn't line up with what you actually get. Pay is lower than expected, and the way bonuses are handled makes it hard to trust anything they say. There's no real structure, no room for growth and their managers have zero accountability. Only consider this company as your last option or just RUN the opposite direction!
