- Culture - Professional development, as well as personal - Top performers get rewarded - Work from home - Ability to manage your own schedule - Yearly Mexico trip, and Q4 launch in DC on a yacht

Cons

- Not a normal 9-5 but can be looked at as a pro. In busy season we work 60-65 hour weeks but in slow season you definitely have some down time where you are not working 8 hour days. More like 5 hours - No 401k

Don’t work here if you’re looking for work life balance, if you’re comfortable with being comfortable, if you hate change, if you hate being pushed, if you’re not ready to take extreme ownership of results
