Training was decent, but you were left to figure everything out all by yourself after.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, zero support, and no room to advance mean employees are constantly burnt out, unmotivated, and dissatisfied. Trust me when I say you do NOT want to be working here.

Cons

High turnover is treated as an acceptable byproduct rather than a warning sign. Departures are brushed off with little reflection on why people keep leaving. Institutional knowledge disappears constantly, forcing others to repeatedly start from scratch. This cycle creates instability and prevents meaningful improvement. The lack of concern for retention makes the environment feel disposable.
