The onboarding and initial training are fairly organized and set clear expectations at the start.

Cons

An aggressive leadership style dominates the company and shows no real concern for employee well-being. The daily atmosphere is weighed down by fear, negativity, and constant tension, making each workday feel exhausting. Support is almost nonexistent once training ends, leaving employees to struggle on their own with little direction. There is no real opportunity to learn or grow because leadership focuses on control rather than development. The culture at Home Genius Exteriors feels hostile and draining, and anyone looking for a healthy and supportive workplace should think twice before joining.
