Most of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, so my focus is on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing. Supportive and team-oriented culture. Real mentorship and training. Also, weekly pay, bonuses, performance rewards, and uncapped commissions.

Cons

The job has its challenges, so I have to stay organized and persistent all the time.
